Meet Nicke Walker, Logistics Specialist And TruSort Lead Technician

A successful pharmacy automation installation begins long before the equipment arrives. That’s where Nicke Walker, JFCRx’s Logistics Specialist and TruSort Lead Technician, comes in.

Nicke joined JFCRx in 2023 after working as a certified pharmacy technician in a LTC pharmacy and spending five years in pharmacy automation. That background gives her a unique perspective on what customers need and the importance of getting every detail right as she coordinates moving the company’s sensitive equipment across the country.

Customers may think logistics is simply booking a truck. In reality, Nicke coordinates countless moving pieces behind the scenes, from scheduling carriers and working with project managers to planning for narrow doorways, stairs, or other delivery challenges. She stays in close communication with carriers and JFCRx team members to help ensure every installation stays on schedule.

“Having worked in a pharmacy, I understand the stress customers can experience,” Nicke says. “If something I do helps make their day a little easier, that’s what makes this job rewarding.”
