As a dedicated product manager, Monica is focused on creating the best experience possible for customers using our TruCard™, TruScript ™, and Enlite™ Management System solutions.
Monica is adept at analyzing customers’ existing processes and all system interfaces to create a roadmap to more efficient workflows. A big part of this is creating user-friendly dashboards that provide greater visibility into what is produced and where to make improvements.
With over a decade of experience in the pharmacy industry plus extensive customer service and product management experience, Monica provides the insights needed to optimize pharmacy operations through automation.
