Meet Jess Braun Senior Implementation Project Manager

Every customer who uses JFCRx equipment works closely with Jess Braun, our implementation project manager. From installing new equipment to moving existing equipment and more, Jess is the point person for all facets of installation. This includes weekly meetings to finalize project plans and installation requirements such as those related to power and data and keeping project task milestones on schedule both internally and externally.

Whether scheduling your installation, adding drug data to build your formulary, ordering canisters, or working collaboratively to build your custom interface, Jess makes the magic happen.

Jess knows the needs of our pharmacy partners from firsthand experience. Before working in the pharmacy automation industry, beginning in 2001, Jess worked as a pharmacy buyer and trainer and as a hospital pharmacy technician – which she began right out of high school. Her entire career has revolved around pharmacy, and these experiences have given her a depth of insight into the needs of our pharmacy partners since she has been in their shoes.

“I love working with our customers and building that relationship,” said Jess. “It never gets old to see how customers adopting automation for the first time experience the excitement of their new tech and discover how it can make their workflows more efficient.”

Having worked elsewhere in the pharmacy automation industry, Jess believes that JFCRx has created something better that the industry needs. “Here at JFCRx, there’s a big difference in our culture and dynamics. Our leadership is all about the customer experience and taking care of the customer, which is how it should be.”
