Jeffrey Swanson is a recognized leader in pharmacy operations, software, and technology, with a career dedicated to advancing pharmacy automation solutions. As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at JFCRx, Jeff drives strategic growth and customer success for pharmacy automation and workflow innovations serving long-term care, hospital, retail, and independent pharmacies.

Before joining JFCRx, Jeff led sales for a pharmaceutical returns company, overseeing reconciliation, customer advocacy, quality control, and business development. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing for a leading provider of pharmacy automation technologies, giving him a deep understanding of how automation can transform pharmacy operations.

Known for anticipating customer needs and building cultures centered on exceptional service, Jeff brings both strategic insight and hands-on industry expertise. A proud Wisconsin native, he holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.
