
Meet Dan Platz, Senior Customer Service Engineer
Customer service is top priority at JFCRx and Senior Customer Service Engineer Dan Platz is a perfect example of the level of talent of our customer service team.
Much like a baseball utility player who can play multiple positions on the field, Dan can do it all – troubleshooting for both hardware and software – with speed and accuracy. Dan’s wheelhouse is broad thanks to decades of experience in the pharmacy automation industry and prior pharmacy industry roles in hardware support, software support, training, and pharmacy automation product implementation.
In a typical day of troubleshooting, Dan may create hardware documentation to solve an issue, liaison with in-house technicians or product managers, investigate software logs to pinpoint issues, and more, to quickly respond to emails and calls from customers.
Dan enjoys working with customers to provide solutions and cites the “good feeling of satisfaction” from helping customers optimize the running of their equipment.
