Meet Ron And Megan Weaver, Software Development

At JFCRx, innovation runs in the family. Just ask Ron and Megan Weaver — the father-daughter duo who sit side by side on the software development team (literally; Megan even removed the divider between their desks to make it easier to chat).  Ron, a seasoned software engineer with more than 20 years’ experience at various pharmacy automation companies, came out of retirement to join JFCRx. His specialty? Machine communications — the intricate language that connects hardware and software within JFCRx’s powerful ecosystem. “Having been in the industry so long, we know and have learned a lot,” Ron says. “At JFCRx, we’re taking advantage of the newest technology and know our solution is better than anything out there. What’s better? Usability. Reliability. And delivering features customers haven’t had from other solutions before but need now.”

Megan is a professional violinist turned web developer who brings a creative, modern touch to the user experience. Known as a “widget expert” by her peers, she crafts the look and feel of JFCRx’s desktop software — designing intuitive, interactive components that make complex automation workflows beautiful and straightforward to use. “We use cutting-edge tools to design adaptable systems that anticipate customer needs,” she explains. “Our goal is to make every workflow interface feel natural and effortless to use.”

Together, Ron and Megan call their work “building the dream” — creating everything automation customers have wanted but haven’t had until now. Their collaboration embodies the JFCRx “high-tech, high-touch” difference: pairing deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver analytics-driven automation that outperforms competitors.

And like so many on the JFCRx team, they say it’s the people who make it special. “Almost everyone here has worked together before. It really is family,” says Ron. “That’s not just something we say — it’s something we live every day.”
