Meet Jaime Prica, Senior Inside Sales Representative
Jaime Prica is a self-described “customer advocate” who understands the automation needs of pharmacies. With 10+ years in the pharmacy automation sector, she is well-known among clients in large retail and long-term care pharmacy settings. Jaime joined the JFCRx team in January.
Jaime grew up as an “army brat,” spending her formative years in Italy and Korea. Early in her career, she was a medic in the military and dialysis tech before transitioning to the hospitality industry. Jaime raised three girls on her own and met her current husband when her youngest was 18. Together, they enjoy their big, blended family of eight children. After becoming an empty nester, Jaime was a success manager for a pharmacy automation company where she worked with members of JFCRx’s management team.
Jaime “loves working with people” and takes great pride in actively listening and finding solutions for her customers. “I believe in being proactive rather than reactive,” says Jaime. “In my previous position, it was frustrating to see requests for software improvements stretching from weeks to months to even years with no resolution. That’s not how we do things at JFCRx. We’re focused on customer service and building trust back into the market.”
“Pharmacies are already dealing with labor shortages, lackluster maintenance service agreements, and inflation,” says Jaime, “so they shouldn’t have to worry about service quality from their automation partner.” While modestly admitting she may not always have all the answers, Jaime always listens and responds and is a powerhouse advocate for our pharmacy partners.
