The TruCard adherence packager uses unparalleled inspection technology based on the quantity, pill size, shape, and color. Guided verification reduces pharmacist workload and ensures that each blister card has the right medication for the right patient at the right time. The full content of each blister cup filled through the device is photographed, inspected, and stored for reporting and future reference.

Easy-to-use software gives users complete control of their pharmaceutical blister packaging process. The TruCard produces up to 40 fully filled and verified multi-dose blister cards per hour. Canisters are equipped with RFID Smart Technology, allowing users to swap canisters without interrupting production and reducing manual exception fills.

Each patient blister tray is identified with a barcode and RFID technology to ensure that you are filling and checking the right patient at the right time.
