He started his career in pharmacy automation shipping and quality control, learning early that performance is only as strong as the smallest component. His deep knowledge and experience are reflected in every installation, service call, and troubleshooting session.

In fact, Jesus knows the machines so well he can often close his eyes and visualize the issue before opening a panel. It’s a diagnostician’s sixth sense that helps our pharmacy partners avoid downtime and maintain efficiency. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, Jesus ensures nothing gets lost in translation — whether working with staff onsite or supporting teams remotely.
